I wanted to give some information on recovery. Yes I have soft tissue damage in my wrist, yes I rolled my ankle and it’s hurts sometimes. But this does not mean I can’t move or train!
Working with my PT we’ve discovered that when I walk, I splay by feet out and this creates a knock on problem with my hip and back. So I am learning to walk properly. It takes time, effort and feels very odd. I’m starting with the basics and working my way up to be stronger and fitter.
What I’m trying to get at is, if you’ve hurt yourself, got an injury and may feel like you can’t do anything, YOU CAN! Whether that be walking, just training upper body or mental agility, there is always something you can do.
