Look After You!

Life is busy, hectic and relentless. We run around trying to do everything and please everyone, but we don't take care of ourselves.


My top tips for looking after yourself:


1. Drink water (as much as you can, aim for 2/3 litres a day). 2. Sleep (try to get at least 8 hours sleep a day, take time to prepare your body and brain for sleep, by switching off devices a hour before you aim to be asleep). 3. Positivity (write down 3 things in the day that went well and 3 things you are grateful for - do this DAILY, I prefer to do it before I sleep). 4. Make Lists (in the morning write down the top priority things to do that day, and tick them off as you do them: work and home related). 5. Take 10-15 minutes a day to do nothing. Don't read, watch telly, look at your phone, I mean nothing! Give it a try, make it a habit, it will make you feel the world of good.
