Hip Flexors

Your hip flexors are a group of muscles that bring your legs and trunk together in what is called a flexion movement. Meaning you can move your leg or knee up towards your body and bend your body forward at the hip.


A sedentary lifestyle can lead to stiff/tight hips flexors and therefore result in sore or painful hips and/or lower back. Which can get progressively worse through more sitting down.
