Hi, I'm Holly Rolfe and I am the owner of Holly's Sports Massage Therapy. When I qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist, I wanted to do this because I was training really hard at the gym, worked really hard at my job and needed a massage that was going to reduce pain and help me recover. I discovered Sports Massage Therapy and thought it would be an excellent way to help people, the way I wanted to be helped.
What is Sports Massage Therapy:
Sports Massage Therapy is a form of massage which incorporates Soft Tissue manipulation to help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body. This can be from any physical activity or from work/home activity. Regular massage can help reduce aches and pains, recover from injury, reduce stress, increase flexibility and improve blood pressure. It does this Physiologically (your heart rate and blood pressure), Psychologically (how your brain responds to the treatment aka. stress reduction) and Physically (your muscles/tendons/ligaments).

All clients must have an Initial Assessment & Sports Massage, so we can assess you and agree the correct treatment for your individual needs.
Sports Massage Therapy will help alleviate pain and stress from the body. This can reduce recovery time from injury and increase flexibility, or to maintain a healthy body.
